All entrance fees will be forfeited if adverse conduct occurs during a tournament or event resulting in disqualification. 1. Five fish limit per boat. Largemouth or Smallmouth. 2. Minimum of 15 inches March 1 – June 15 3. Minimum of 12 inches from June 16th on. 4. Short fish brought to the scales will result in 1 lb penalty per fish and loss of the short fish 5. The total weight is reduced by an 8-ounce penalty for each dead fish. 6. Dead fish penalty does not reduce the weight of a lunker. 7. Artificial lures only. No live bait. 8. All current Maryland fishing and boating laws apply. 9. Factory-installed, aerated livewell >10 gallons 10. Livewells must be capable of being aerated for the entire tx. 11. All boats must have all safety equipment available. 12. All boats must be inspected before launching. 13. No alcohol or illegal drugs permitted. 14. 1 lb. per minute penalty for late return, up to 15 minutes. 15. DQ at 15 min. late 16. The late penalty is also applied to the lunker. 17. Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in a disqualification. 18. Please keep a courtesy distance from other boats. 19. Trolling as a means of fishing is prohibited. 20. The first tiebreaker is who has the most fish alive. 21. The second tiebreaker: the largest fish wins. 22. The decision of the Tournament Director is final. 23. There will be no fishing after your boat number is turned in. 24. It is up to you to have liability insurance coverage on your boat. 25. Solo entries are allowed. 26. Ramp fee is responsibility of the boater. 27. Life vests must be worn when gas motor is running 28. The kill switch must be attached when boat is in gear. 29. Weigh bags will be provided for contestants to use. 30. Off Limits (see image below): * See the line from the fishing pier at the town park to the flag pole * just above the first cut as you leave the marina (blue house), * this includes the entire Anchor Marina and Nauti Goose docks.
